The administrative service fees for the issuance of certain documents and for postal delivery are set out in the Annex to MK Decree 19/2024.
Please note that the provisions on consular fees and exemptions from the payment of fees are set out in Decree 2010/5 (XII. 31.) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on consular fees. In all cases, entitlement to fee exemption must be supported by credible evidence (employer's certificate) at the time of application. The case may not be continued free of charge until the certificate is presented.
Fees incurred during the administrative procedure may only be paid in euro by credit card! Only a bank card that is accepted for payment abroad (i.e. outside Belgium) may be used for consular transactions.
