Entry visa for receiving a residence permit
Applications for entry visa for receiving a residence permit for Hungary can be submitted by a third country national at the Brussels Consulate only, if the third country national legally stays in Belgium or in the Netherlands or in Luxembourg, and the residence right is confirmed by a document issued by one of these three countries.

Please be informed that under the Act on the General Rules for the Entry and Right of Residence of Third-Country Nationals, unless otherwise specified by provision, no applications for a residence permit or for an interim/a national/an EU residence card (former interim/national/EC permanent residence permits) may be submitted between 1st January 2024 and 29th February 2024.
